  • Well my wife and `I live in East Vancouver but our last 3 auto repair have all been done at ~Kerry's /Precise Mechanical in `Parksville. Repair. Just by blind luck we chose this shop to repair the car. Within a couple of hours of dropping it off `I had a hard quote and next day the car was done. Clear communication. My son worked in the industry and said the price was fair. The staff seem very capable and I feel that they are fair and honest in their dealing with a couple of "out of towners". As a former shop teacher I highly recommend this shop.

  • I realized my granddaughter was driving the Malahat to university with dangerous brakes and Precise reacted to my concerns with incredible service. Although they were obviously busy they squeezed us in with no appointment and moved mountains to get her back on the road and back to university safely. I’m sorry I don’t remember the very helpful woman’s name at the front desk but I really appreciated the time she took to explain things to my granddaughter and her kindness in squeezing us in.
